This course deals with developing full awareness of contemporary issues of concern to educational management, namely accountability, time management, self-management, conflict management, knowledge management, organizational development, organizational loyalty, work stress and crisis management, distance education management and blended learning.

This course deals with introducing students to what the economics of education is, its importance, the fields of economics of education, the relationship between economics and education, the role of education in investing the human element as a productive force, the contribution of education to economic development, the cost of education and the return on education. The course also examines the methods of internal sufficiency and external sufficiency of educational institutions, as well as the study of spending and financing and the application of their practical distributions in the education sector and the problems and their treatment facing education financing.
