My perspective of administrating the universityattempts to:1- Administrate the university in accordance with the lawand its legislations.2- Build bridges of cooperation and dialogue with students.3- The open up avenues of cooperation and dialogue withthe local community.4- Create optimal university environment for creativity.5- Weigh up the pros and cons of the current status quo, andthus benefit from feedback for improvement anddevelopment.6- Follow up modernization and accountability in anatmosphere of justice.7- Transparency in good university governance that relies onmodernity and technological development8- Move everyone towards the goal, and turning risks intoopportunities.
