Message from the Chair of the Department of Human Resource Management

Dear Students,
Dear Visitors,
Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you,

Welcome to the Department of Human Resource Management at Jerash University—an institution of history and heritage that we take pride in belonging to, and in its noble academic and humanitarian mission.

The department offers a Bachelor’s program in Human Resource Management, and has recently launched a Master’s program in Human Resource Management in response to the growing demand for specialized and qualified professionals who possess the knowledge and competencies necessary to enhance institutional performance and strengthen competitiveness at both the local and international levels.

We are proud to have an outstanding group of highly qualified faculty members with strong academic and research expertise—professors, associate professors, and assistant professors—whose contributions positively enrich the quality of the educational process and its outcomes.

The department also embraces a diverse community of students from various Arab and international nationalities, adding a global and interactive dimension to the learning environment. This enriches the academic experience, promotes the exchange of knowledge and cultures, and prepares students to engage effectively in multicultural work environments.

Moreover, the department is committed to continuously updating its academic plans in alignment with quality assurance standards and the requirements of the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions in Jordan, while keeping pace with the evolving needs of the labor market locally and globally.

Believing in the importance of empowering students as the core of the educational process, the department is dedicated to providing comprehensive academic support and proper advising to help students select courses that align with their interests and capabilities. This ensures a distinguished educational journey that combines deep knowledge, practical skills, and professional readiness.
