Curriculum Vitae (CV)
The Department of Public Law contributes to the academic process in the Faculty of Law within the curriculum which has been prepared in accordance with the special accreditation standards for the specialization of law. The General Law Department provides modules in the college plan within the scope of general law, namely: constitutional law, political systems, the Jordanian constitution, international and international humanitarian law, and substantive and formal penal law. The department is keen on also providing other diverse optional modules, taking into account the needs of students and developments in the field of the legal profession. The department is also keen to develop students' practical skills through the application of modules relating to legal practice and encouraging scientific research.
The Faculty of Law looks forward to providing a quality education for all students of various levels within the framework of a decentralized system based on active participation between all parties involved in the educational process. This educational system in the faculty forms a pioneering model in graduating students who have a solid foundation in the concepts of democracy, equality and justice.
The Faculty of Law is committed to granting all students equal opportunities to obtain a high-quality education so they can form the ability to think scientifically in a creative, independent and critical way, based on the principles of justice and tolerance. This will enable them to acquire the necessary skills to become cooperative citizens, as well as active participants in community, on both a national and global scale by adapting to societal changes
