The Bachelor of Civil Engineering program at Jerash University was established in 2007. The program is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for a successful career in civil engineering. The program has a robust foundation in fundamental engineering principles and encompasses key disciplines within the field of civil engineering.
With a total of 160 credit hours, the program emphasizes a balanced curriculum covering core areas such as structural engineering, transportation engineering, geotechnical engineering, and water and environmental engineering. Students are provided with in-depth knowledge through a combination of theoretical coursework, hands-on projects, and practical experiences.
The curriculum reflects a commitment to fostering critical thinking skills, ethical practices, and sustainability considerations in civil engineering. Students are encouraged to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges through internships, co-op programs, and various hands-on projects. The program also integrates modern engineering tools, technologies, and software applications to enhance proficiency in design, analysis, and project management.
