تأسست كلية الأعمال في جامعة جرش عام 1993، واقتصرت في بداية مسيرتها الأكاديمية على تقديم برامج البكالوريوس في تخصصات: إدارة الأعمال، والإدارة العامة، والمالية، والمحاسبة. وفي إطار سعي الكلية الدائم للتطوير ومواكبة متطلبات سوق العمل، تم في عام 2010 استحداث واعتماد برنامج الماجستير في المحاسبة، وتبع ذلك في عام 2020 استحداث واعتماد كل من برنامج الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال الدولية، وبرنامج البكالوريوس في إدارة الموارد البشرية.
وفي عام 2024، تم استحداث واعتماد برنامج الماجستير في الإدارة المالية. أما في عام 2025، فقد توسعت الكلية بإطلاق برنامج البكالوريوس في الإدارة اللوجستية، وبرنامج الماجستير في إدارة الموارد البشرية، ليشكل هذا التطور المتواصل انعكاسًا لاستراتيجيتها
