Curriculum Vitae (CV)
The Department of Civil Engineering was established upon the foundation of the Faculty of Engineering in 2007, and constitutes the cornerstone of the Faculty of Engineering in terms of numbers of students in this department.
The Department of Civil Engineering periodically holds workshops through which specialists in various subjects from the same department are invited to deliver lectures on topics of concerns for civil engineering and to participate in scientific conferences and workshops within the university and at other universities and institutions.
The Department of Civil Engineering aspires to expand and increase the number of faculty members due to the high demand for the civil engineering specialization and increasing number of students. Further, faculty members publish scientific research in various fields of civil engineering in internationally renowned peer reviewed journals.

The Civil Engineering department aims to provide high quality teaching and creative research to meet the regional needs of Jordanian society, as well as on an international level in various fields of civil engineering.
