Abstract The present study deals with the issue of placing grammatical diacritics on the appositive and parsing it on the basis of its original position as related to another noun which is followed by it in apposition and disregarding its pronunciation. The study also distinguishes between this phenomenon and other similar ones such as placing diacritics according to pronunciation, meaning and self-delusion. Moreover, it dis-cusses the disagreement among the grammarians with respect to the conditions they put to approve this phenomenon. Ten syntactic issues which have been the opject of the grammarians interest and controversy show the aspects and branches of this phenomenon in addition to the grammarians view points about it. There include : I. The appositives of the noun of "inna " and its "sisters". 2. The appositives of the noun of "laa" of exoneration. 3. The appositives of the single vocative. 4. The appositives of the complement of an extra preposition. 5. The appositives of the thing from which the exception is made. 6. The appositives of the opposed to a verbal noun. 7. The appositives of the opposed to the participle. 8. Appositives on the place of "faa", which occurs in the position of response to a request. 9. A case where apposition on the basis of position is obligatory. 10. Sentences that have a parsing position. Various issues have been discussed within the section of' the five appositives : attribute, emphasis, substantive and the two branches of apposition, i.e., exploitative apposition and coordination. Extracts from the Holy Qura'n Poems and sayings of the Arabs in the age of protest sup-port a variety of syntactic view points in this respect. Each controversial issue ends with a modest opinion of the researcher. Besides, the study arrives at the fact that the issue of placing grammatical diacritics on the appositive on the basis of its original position in relation to the word to which it is placed in apposition, has gained its significance from the rearrangement and correction of the syntactic rules by means of which some diacritics are placed wrongly, not following the common rules, in some texts. There texts are taken from the Holy Qura'n and extracted from some poems representing various syntactic aspects. Finally, the researcher .

To fulfill the purpose of the study, an instrument consisting of (46) items was developed. It has been checked for validity by employing juries' judgment. On the other hand. Cronbach's alpha was used to check its reliability. An overall reliability of (0.93) was obtained. The findings of the study revealed that: a. 81% is the degree of efficiency of youth centers in Jordan. according to the sample of the study (males and females). b.The social arena is the best in terms of satisfaction achievement (84%), followed by the sports and scout arena (81%), and consequently the intellectual arena, and the artistic and entertainment arena (both achieving 79%). c.There were significant statistical differences in favor of females in terms of performances of the Youth centers, in general. Abstract Search on terms concerning it's beginning, rules of coining, development, circulation and constancy is not an easy job but, at the same time, it may help us to draw up an idea to solve the terminology problem at the persent time. We can investigate old terms along with their establishing rules and the factors which have helped them to spread out in order to coin modem scientific terms. This paper has been devoted to investigating terms aduced by Ibn Malek in his book "sharh Umdat El - Hafez wa idatu El- lafez" It also presents an exposition of early phases of terms along with the sufferings which have accompanied them. An Experimental design of Equivalent groups of the type (2x2). Was Used based on a sample condtituted of (48) subjects who were randomly assigned to (4) groups (12 subject each). Tow way analysis of variance was used to analysis the data. The main result of the research are : Equivalent influences of the overlappings between (Rural socialization X level of high Motivation) and (Rural socialization X level of low Motivation) and (Ur-ban socialization X level of high Motivation) in development cognitive and technical skills of subjects, and this overlappings has excelled the overlapping among the (Urban socialization X level of low Motivation) in development cognitive of subject, and the overlapping between (Urban socialization X level of high Motivation) and (Urban socialization X level of low Motivation) excelled the overlapping between (Urban socialization X level of low Motivation) in development technical skills of subjects. .

Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of stue affect the assimilation of Jerash Private University's students of good citizenship concepts? Does the degree of the assimilation of good citizenship concepts of Jerash Private University's students differ from those who studied civics course with the difference of academic level? Population of the study consisted of students of Jerash Private University other than first year students for the academic year 2005/2006 Sample of the study consisted of (159) students who studied civics course prior to the first semester of the academic year 2005/2006 and (159) students who never studied the above course. Random, cluster and stratified method was used for choosing the sample. Subjects of the study were distributed among different Faculties of the University, on the academic level and on gender (male and female) in consistent with distribution of students in the study population and in accordance with its variables. A scale was developed for measuring good citizenship concepts, which consisted of (20) items distributed equally on two concepts, the first is the public participation concept and the second is the affiliation concept. Each item was followed by alternates for the response representing negative, neutral and positive attitudes of the content of each item of the scale. Numbers 1, 2, 3 respectively were allocated for the attitudes. Validity of the scale was verified by presenting it to a number of professors from the University of Jordan, while its reliability was verified by using internal consistency through Crunbach Alfa equation. Coefficient value was (0.76) and the researcher used T-test, One -Way variance analysis (ANOVA) test, and Tukey posterior comparison test for differences between arithmetic means. Results of the study revealed that there are no statistical significance differences attributed to civics course between the two samples. Results also indicated that there are statistical significance differences in the degree of assimilation of good citizenship concepts in favor of second year students and third year level against the fourth year level students who studied civics course. The study recommended that school curricula be reviewed in public education stages and academic course content and to review methods of teaching and evaluation. .
