Main Duties

1. Issuance of statements (marks, certificates, student certification, and any other document) for regular students and graduates in both Arabic and English.
2. Implementation of decisions taken by the Admission and Registration Committee on the academic status of students, and the preservation of all documents relating to students in the students' personal files.
3. Checking and data entry of students' external and internal equivalencies of (whether transferred, bridging or switching from one department to another).
4. Issuance of student lists on the honorary board as well as lists of outstanding students. (Top students)
5. Checking the names of students expected to graduate (official documents, make study plans, etc.), and follow up with the faculties in accordance with instructions.
6.Participation in the students' graduation ceremony in coordination with Deanship of Student Affairs.
7. Preparing and issuing statistics and reports to the concerned authorities.
8. Making sure that students with false certificates are not registered at the university for those sent by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
9.Providing departments lists of students expected to graduate a semester before graduation with the remaining courses in the plan, in addition to notifying students thereon.
10.Preparation of course schedules and final examination programs in coordination with the faculties and announcing them to students according to the procedures followed.
11. Preparation of the university calendar and the official working hours in the month of Ramadan.
12. Transfer of students wishing to change their specialization in accordance with the valid regulations of admission.
13. Checking the names of the new students admitted at the semester according to the valid admission regulations and follow up with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
14. Participation in some lectures related to the students' academic status.
