Abstracts

This study aims to: Recognizing the difficulties that faces the curriculums from the Perspective of Alshibany & Abdudiem.Recognizing the ways of reforming these curriculums from the Perspective of Alshibany & Abdudiem The study reached the following results:-The focus of the curriculum on the theoretical side more than the practical one.Lack of integration among the branches of curriculums , it doesn’t considers the orientations of learners , their capacities and preparations, an addition to lack of funding from governmental authorities.Second: About the Reform The curriculums must give a chance for role Switching in raising the youth between the educational institution and external environment, also to focus on the professional preparation to cover the markets needs. Integration and correlation between the branches of curriculums on the level of studying year and stage. Observance of the curriculum for the individual difference among the learners , and making the Arabic & Islamic civilization its center of focus. The study recommends: The necessity of reconsidering the building of educational curriculums to fit the characteristics of the learner, needs, and environment. The present research aims at identifying the level of emotional creativity and level of educational leadership and finding of their relationship in a sample of Managers of secondary schools for the year 2013/2014 The researcher build a scale to measure emotional creativity level , and use of a scale ready to measure the level of educational leadership prepared ( almadhon ,2012) after getting validity and reliability for two variables, the researcher apply two scales upon a random sample from Managers of secondary schools amounted (80) Manager. For treating the statements statistically, the researcher use person correlation coefficient and t- test on one and The researcher results that is a low level of emotional creativity and educational leadership at the sample, as well as the existence of a positive correlation between each of the emotional creativity and educational leadership. and the research presents certain suggestions and recornmendations. Including : - Crystallization of educational theory be a measure of educational work in all levels of education , and the adoption of a mechanism based on a scientific basis and practical when choosing educations leaders, highlights the role of emotional creativity .

The study aimed to explore the current status of the professional development of‏ ‎teachers in the Arabic nations and to provide a recommended framework in order to‏ ‎enhance the professional development in the global age. The researcher adopted the‏ ‎descriptive analytic methodology by reviewing the related literature and inducting the findings‏ ‎of the relevant conferences and symposiums held in the Arabic world. The current study‏ ‎concluded that the professional development of the Arabic teachers needs more attention‏ ‎and improvement because of the lack of clear policies and objectives, absence of the‏ ‎responsible authority, weakness in the practical focus, deficiency in the needs identification,‏ ‎and insufficiency in the research efforts and technology application. The researcher provided‏ ‎a future vision regarding the enhancement of the professional development of the teachers‏ ‎in the Arabic countries to face the challenges of Globalization. The vision includes particular‏ ‎Strategies to promote the professional development at the national, institutional, and‏ ‎individual levels.‏ .

This paper sums up a PhD thesis which deals with didactic of mathematics in general, and with teachers training to tackle learners’ errors in specific. This study has a special theoretical framework: the double approach as proposed by Robert & Rogalski. It aims to shed light on the teaching practices used in teacher training, which have good effects in the development of the teacher's practice to address students’ errors. The research will also be addressed to the rehabilitation programs of Western and Arab. In the end, the researcher will try to formulate a rehabilitation program assumed in the light of Western trends and commensurate with the reality of the Arab states and matches the current developments and accelerated in order to reach an Arab school to catch up with contemporary trends and the great technological development at all levels and fields. This work tries to answer the following pivotal question: How to train future teacher to address the errors of their students well? It follows an analytical approach where it observes the teacher trainers in the classroom and asks them questions in private interviews and then asks their trainees to fill in questionnaires. The teacher trainees are then observed and filmed in the classroom so as to analyze their practices and show how they are influenced by their trainers’ practices. ‏ ‎The aim of this paper is to achieve three objectives related to Metacognition‏ ‎thinking:‏ ‎Identify the usage of Metacognition by the teacher in the classroom through a‏ .1 ‎questionnaire.‏ ‎Apply its strategies through teaching a poem from 10th grade Arabic literature.‏ .2 ‎In order to achieve the objective of this study, we used descriptive analytical‏ ‎method. ‎The results of this paper are ‎The teachers can help the students in recognizing the hidden ideas between‏ , ‎subjects, have a better understanding of the content, and develop positive attitude‏ ‎toward the course, they can also help them to think about their own thinking.‏ ‎Teachers can apply the Metacognition thinking in teaching literature .

The study aims to know the level of the organizational culture and the administrative practices by Cycle-Two principals and the relationship between these practices as viewed by Wilayat As-Sweiq female teachers in North Batinah governorate. The study also aims to know the effect of the independent variables of qualification, period of work in the school, job title and age. To achieve the aim of the study the researcher prepared the study tool which is a questionnaire of 49 items covering seven areas. These areas are: organizational values, beliefs, norms, the expectations of how the organization would be policies and procedures, technical and administrative practices and the local community. After proving the reliability and validity of the study tool, it has been applied to the study sample of 155 female teachers .Data were collected and analyzed using the Mean, Standard Deviation, and T-test for one group and the T-test for two independent groups, uni differential analysis to know the significance of the differences among some variables and Pearson Correlation Coefficient to calculate the correlation between the organizational culture and the administrative practices. The study results have shown that Second Cycle female teachers of Wilayat As-Sweiq have realized the significance of the organizational structure to a very high degree, and of the significance of administrative practices to a high degree. As for the independent variables, the results have revealed that there are no statistically significant differences for the qualification, work period in school, job title and age in each of organizational structure and administrative practices. The results have also shown that there is a god relationship between the level of the organizational culture and the administrative practices for the Cycle two school principals in Wilayat As- Sweidq. In the light of these results, the study has made some recommendations including: The importance of preparing lectures and training courses for all school principals to enlighten them of the importance of the organizational culture and the administrative practices to increase their realization of both of these variables as far as knowledge and practice are concerned. .

‏ ‎The current research aimed to identify the counseling needs and their relation with self‏ ‎efficacy among male and female basic education students besides the relative importance of‏ ‎the domains of the counseling needs scale, the self efficacy of the subjects, the differences‏ ‎between the mean scores of the counseling needs scale and self efficacy scale attributable‏ ‎to sex .The study sample consisted of (208) male and female pupil in the middle region.‏ ‎The researcher designed the counseling needs and self efficacy scales. The study findings‏ ‎showed that (1) the total score of the counseling needs scale was 59.5%; (2) the total score‏ ‎of the self — efficacy scale was 71.68%; (3) there was no relation between the counseling‏ ‎needs and self — efficacy among the subjects: there were Statistically significant differences‏ ‎between the psychological and educational domains on one hand and the total score of the‏ ‎counseling needs scale due to sex, and in favor of females, whereas there were no‏ ‎Statistically significant differences in the social domain between the two sexes ; (5) there‏ ‎were statically significant differences between the Subjects mean scores on the self-efficacy‏ scale due to sex, and favor of males ..‏ .

The main purpose of this reach is to reveal main problems encountered by‏ ‎teacher of the first three grades of basic school .‏ The researcher adopted the descripture method and used questionnaires and interviews to an intentionally selected sample comprising (40) male and female basic school teachers at Jabal Awliya province. The most important results which arrived by the research are those pertaing to class-room control , school dicipline , the weakness of pupils in the skill of writing as well as other, essential developmental life skill. The most important recommendations: Using some dynamic and kinetic energy. Using the larger pens with showing some pictures and coloring specific limit to control the pen. Using the thrill and enhance worship. .

This study aimed to identify the impact of learning and teaching quran as recitation ,‏ ‎explanation, retention on developing Arabic language skills (reading, writing, listening and‏ ‎conversation) from the teachers of Islamic education and Arabic language point of view in‏ ‎light of integrated curriculum. The sample of the study consisted of (160) male and female‏ ‎teachers for academic year of 2013- 2014 randomly chosen from Jaresh governorate school.‏ ‎The descriptive analysis procedure was used in this study. The instrument (questionnaire) has‏ ‎items. The results of the study revealed that the item number(53)“ the role of verbal‏ )53( ‎interaction on improve good dialogue through opinion exchanging in order to reach to the fact‏ ‎that develop conversation skills ” obtained highest mean with (4.17). the results also showed‏ ‎that “the writing skill domain” ranked first from view of Islamic education teachers with‏ ‎mean (3.69). while “the reading skill domain” ranked first from view of Arabic language‏ ‎teachers with mean (3.71). Moreover, there is a significant statistical analysis in means‏ ‎according to teaching stage in favor of secondary schools. But there is no a significant‏ ‎Statistical analysis refer to teachers’ specialization.‏ ‎Key words: Learning and Teaching, quran, Arabic Language, Integrated Curriculum‏ .

This study aims to Identify the factors leading to the increase in the effectiveness of teachers in the use of effective teaching strategies , and also recognize the difficulties that preclude the use of good and effective teaching Strategies . The researcher composed a questionnaire of (16) paragraph to achieve the objectives of the study and to show the effectiveness of teachers in the use of strategies. And also included open - ended questionnaire about the difficulties that faces the teachers in using effective teaching strategies and that from personal point of view of teachers in the area of Tripoli model . ‎And The first results of the question, that of the most important factors leading to increasing the effectiveness of teachers in teaching is the ( knowledge of the teacher its article scientific topic that CONSIDERED ) , followed immediately (the ability and skill in teaching and student interest ) followed by ( the existence of review and evaluation method ) , while the following paragraphs occupied a mattress recent Descending : extent of participation teacher studies and research in the field of specialization . , attend and participate in seminars, lectures and conferences. , To feed due to the learners about the teaching process . It also resulted in the results of the second question for most of the obstacles that could prevent the use of the teacher to a variety of teaching strategies and effective , according to the views received in descending order parameters were as follows :The large number of students inside the classroom.The short time allotted to the share of the school Lack of material resources as screensavers display and others . Separation system is not enough to use the right strategy because the modern strategies require more time than required by traditional lecture method .Passive of students and ‎reliance on ieacher . .
