Abstract The present study is articulated on the concepts of refuge and protection, in order to lead to a possible research on the topic of poetic of the hidden place in its psychoanalytical and phenomenological dimensions. What will enable us to consider concepts such as dream, centralization in ego and contemplation, as a subject dominating which expresses one "me" to distress searching a place of refuge and insurance. When poet DARWICHE, said in one of his poem: "My motherland is my poetry" it had clearly imagined a form of private place which exists only in its imaginary, it thus trans-formed poetry behind country into hidden ground which am the subject of its refuge and contemplation. Amongst other things, the concept "Hidden place" rests in poetry on a series of linguistic variations and transformations, which makes this concept a melting structure of the concepts: refuge, familiarity and protection. And through these concepts the poet has to reconstitute the harmony between reality and dream, which gives him a possible existential feeling in the inside to oppose to the outside. Through his hidden place, in the form of dream and of contemplation, the poet created his own imaginary world, starting from the elements of dream, of contemplation and childish memory what makes it possible imagination to evoke the lost place. Thus, the ground of the poem will become a poetic image which refers an imaginary universe where "ego" its existence feels. Lastly, we wish to work out the subject "poetic of hidden places" via a reading of the images of dream and centralization in "Ego" as a practitioner a phenomenological and psycho analytical approach. .

This study in its overall thrust is devoted to deal with listening comprehension as a very important topic for teachers and learners of English as a foreign language. It highlights the importance of listening skills in both academic and practical aspects for EFL students. It addresses the extent of students' lack of proficiency and inability in demonstrating the skill(s) of listening properly especially when they are exposed to real communicative situations with fluent speakers of English, including their teachers who entertain different degrees of fluency. Unlike grammar in having a strict application of rules, listening is referred to as an acquired set of skill realized through continuous practice of language. Therefore it needs long time and much effort to be exerted by both the teacher and the learner. The study presents various techniques that may be viable for the purpose of overcoming whatever forms of inefficiency and difficulties learners are eventually faced with when trying to acquire listening skills. It also recommends get-ting use of the different means of practicing listening skills available in our daily life in such a way that motivates learners and helps them acquire listening skills eagerly and effectively. .
