Abstracts

Abstract This study aimed at identifying the factors affecting the phenomenon of school violence in Some Schools of Jordan. To achieve the aim of this study, some interview samples have been designed. The sample of the study consisted of (16) female and male students who were intentionally picked out from some scholastic incident records belonging to the departments of the educational guidance in the Educational Directorates of Jordan for the scholastic year 2006. The following are the most prominent results of this study:- - The rise in the rate of the behavioristic violations of the subjects of the study. This rate was (%66) for male students and (% 60) for female ones. - The scholastic acquirement decline of the sample of the study. This low-level attainment ranged from the intermediate to the low levels amongst the majority of the subjects. - The suitability of the scholastic environment to the subjects of the study in general. As to the teachers' capability of the classroom management. %31.25 of the study subjects said that teachers are unable to control the class. %68 of the students said that their teachers were able to manage the class quite well. %70 of them said that they were exposed to a form provocation by their teachers. - Most of the study's subjects suffered from bad family conditions such as parental polygamy, the death of one of the parents, the existence of prior family violence cases, the lack of care....etc. - The low living standards and the bad financial condition of the family which may affect the students psychologically and then lead to various forms of school violence. It is also worth saying that % 12.5 of the subjects lives in rented houses. - The peer group plays a role in school violence. %20 of the male subjects reported the participation of the peer group in the cases of violence as well as in its instigation. - The week relationship between the school and the students' families. The study showed that only %20 of the parents follow up their children via some school visits or some telephone call. The study has made several recommendations. The most important ones include :- The importance of activating the role of the educational guide more efficiently. Also, emphasizing the follow-up practices on the part of the parents. Then the preventive treatment of the students who suffer from hard family conditions or from delinquent personal and psychological traits. Finally, the study recommends some teachers to shun the wrong provocation practices towards their students. .

Abstract The condition of interest is considered as one of major principle which the administrative law jurisprudence depends on , because condition of interest is the cause of administrative case , which was stated in the terms of the supreme justice court code 1992 in Jordan , in which the legislator stated that , " any case will not be approved or accepted in front of this court unless the plaintiff (claiman ) has real and personal interest". It's determined that the interest in the case of nullity should not depend on a real right was tress passed or was threatened to be tress passed by the public authority because of it's real or relevant nature for nullity case . While the case of nullity related to the real of relevant judicial which involves around the legitimacy of administrative decisions, in which the individuals can be benefit from the real rights , according to the majority opinion there for the interest can only be the condition that nullity case can be accepted . The diligence of Jordanian supreme justice court in general tackled with this condition which was clarified the nature and kinds of this condition , in order to keep ( guard) the legitimacy doctrine and to approve the curiosity of judiciary procedures. The relation between the interest condition and relevant case is very clear and they can't be separated , there for no interest if plaintiff abandon his right in the relevant case , or if the capacity of on of the disputes parties was disappeared or the case was ended or the decision was with drawl by the authority which issued before. .

: The study aimed at identifying the relative importance of the domains of the scale measing the challenges facing the Palestinian family bringing up their children in globalization besides highlighting the statistically significant differences in the scale due to variables of the family members ,number of male and female family members ,educational and professional levels of the father ,and family income .the study sample consisted of (227)bread winners of governmental general education stage in Palestinian rural communities. The instruments used were the scale of challenges facing the Palestinians family bringing up their children which was designed by the two researchers and the socio-economic scale of the Palestinian family ,prepared by Abu Mostafa, The study revealed the following :The economic challenges domain was the most common challenge facing the Palestinian family rearing their children with a relative weight 80.33%followedbycultural challenges domain with 73.67%social challenges domain with 68.67% and the total score of the scale with 75%.Moreover ,the study unraveled that:(1) there are statistically significant differences in the economic challenges domain attributable to the number of family members in favour of families whose members range between 6-10 whereas there are no statistically significant differences in the social cultural and informational domains facing the Palestinian family rearing their children in the globalization era and the total score of the scale attributable to the family member variable .Besides ,the study uncovered that there are no statistically significant differences in the scale domain and the total score of the scale attributable to the number of male and female members of the family ,the educational and professional level of the father, and the family income..

The Educational Role of Qur'anic Schools Towards The Effect of Globalization (Case study: The Work Experience of Reformation and Consolidation Association-RCA) The aim of the research is: to show the negative effects of globalization on the education , and brought up of the Arab children. The research also showed the importance of creation and innovation of new means and tools of education according to Islamic teaching and values. As an example for this aim, the researcher introduced the work experience of the (RCA) at Sudan for establishing the Qur'anic schools which sta.J.ted about twenty years ago . Researcher had used the descriptive-analytical method, and concluded to many results, the most irnpo1tant point is: The success of the Qur'anic schools that twinned between the traditional Qur'anic schools (Khalwa) and the academic curriculum; in memorizing the Holy Qur'an, and teaching the Arabic language and children education ethically, and adding of his achievement, and protect them from disadvantage of the globalization. The researcher recommended that: it is essential to make the memorization of Qur' anic verses at the early stages of education, and to take the outcomes of the Qur'anic schools at Sudan to be introduced to all Arab countries, and to take the advantages of U1e usefulness of globalization and to avoid the bad effects on the education and brought up of the Arab children . .

The study aimed at identifying the problems confronting Kindergarten's administrations in AI-Mafraq province / Jordan from the point view of their female employees and the impact of the following variables : Type of institution , Educational qualification , Years of service on problems confronting kindergartens' administrations . The sample of the study consisted of ( 82 ) of female employees , to achieve the objective of the study, the researchers developed a questionnaire consisted of ( 38 ) items distributed on the following five fields : employees' problems, building's and facilities problems , educational aids' problems , children's problems and health problems ), and the validity and reliability of the study's tool have been approved . The results of the study indicated that the female employees' opinions for all problems in general were medium. With regard to the five fields, their opinions towards teachers' problems were high. Meanwhile , their opinions towards the other fields were medium. The study showed the existence of differences at statistical significance in the opinion of female employees confronting kindergartens in Jordan due to the first variable ( type of institution ) and the differences were in favor of private kindergartens , the study also indicated the existence of differences at statistical significance for female employees' views regarding to the problems confronting kindergartens in Jordan due to the third variable (Years of service) and the differences were in favor of service category (from 1-5 years) and the study also showed the non - existence of differences at statistical significance in the employees' opinions regarding to the problems confronting kindergarten administrations in Jordan due to the second variable (educational Qualification) . In the light of the results of the study, the researchers suggested several recommendations, the major recommendation of the study is the importance of increasing employees' salaries , particularly in the private kindergartens . .

Since the rising phenomenon of Globalization, Islamic banks had to face up with many challenges and obstacles. Both the national and international banking industry has witnessed structural changes, whereby new international banks entered the local markets, backed - up size, technology, and new banking products and services. World Trade Organization and Basil resolutions were among the driving forces behind these changes. This study aims at investigating and identifying the main source of challenge of globalization on Islamic banks, they are facing now a days, and suggest a new strategy by which Islamic banks can face the above challenges. The first two chapters are concerned with explaining globalization and analyzing the challenges of financial globalization on Is­lamic banks in terms of Basil resolutions in terms of capital adequacy and quality, liberalizing, financial services, trading, and technology revolutions, the changing structure of financial and banking services, banking mergers and competition. While chapter three suggests a new strategy by which Islamic banks can adopt to face- up with the above mentioned challenges. .

Abstract The concept of the lexical terms AL-Jarih and AL-Tadeel are of the most important issues which this science because it has a great effect on the reputation of a given story-teller, i.e. whether he is trust worthy or not. If particular terms are not used in the night context this will cause misinterpretation which could he exploited specifically nowadays to find fault with AL-Sihah looks under the pretext of containing un reliable sayings. For example, one would believe he has found what his predecessors haven't found. More specifically, they say that AL-Nisa'i says that some sayings of story - tellers in sihah AL-Bukhari are not strong. Research which has been carried out has shown that 26 story - letters mentioned in AL-Sihah were accused by AL-Nisa'i having un reliable sayings. Some scholars agree and oth-ers reject AL-Nisa's ideology. Such a statement is a soother rather than defamation. AL-Bukhari Knows their conditions so he tells them in his innovative ways the following. .

The debate these days evolves around free trade agreements and the good things they will bring about . The consensus that all will benefit from reducing trade barriers . Yet , there are some who argue about the removal of trade barriers , insisting that it would be at best harm the growing and yet needs nurturing industries , and impacting severely the chances of these infants industries to compete . They also contend that developed countries tend to restrict trade and resort to such measures that eventually help their industries to capture large market shares . The most cited example from the latter group , is the one pertaining to commercial aircraft industries in Europe and the United States , not to include these industries in any free trade agreement using the theory in intra – industry trade , in this paper we opt to show that the agreement against removing trade barriers does not lack reason after all. .

ABSTRACT The mourning of cities and Kingdoms in the Arabic poetry-the ages of the consecutive states-analytical study This paper reviews the lamentation of cities and Kingdoms which was prevalent and rendered a phenomenon drawing the attention of the scholars . It reviews three types of mourning: the mourning of the cities which fell down at the hands of the enemies. The mourning of the cities which fell down at the hands of the enemies . The mourning of the cities which were destroyed by natural disasters and the mourning of the states which lost their glory due to the occupation of the enemies The author opted the subjective analytical method in his analy- sis and he came to the conclusion that this Kind of poetry , in its three tendencies , bore many human experiences . The truthful- ness of the stands, feelings and sensibilities uplifted it to the stat- us of the artistic truth some of the poems are artistically come- parable to the best Known poems during the Abbaside era The author also reviews the beauties of the form such as pun antithesis divisions metaphor , simile and many others The author concluded that this kind of lamentation added to the Arabic poetry , especially in the East , a phenomenon which confirms its pioneering in this respect and defends the poetry this period against much of the judgment of some scholars who accused in of artistic barrenness .

Abstract This study deals with the Arab historians, attempts to establish a Methodology to study history in the Islamic periods. This study was Mainly undertaken because modern studies in the west do not give the Arab Islamic tradition the attention it is worthy of to the extent that the Term “methodology " looked as though it were purely western. The study shows that the contemporary methodology for history has Been overshadowed by philosophy. Hence one would expect philoso-phy to be a science that helps history n vice versa although the Study does not claim that Moslem scholars of history yet it indicates the Bases that such scholars have laid the study maintains that if Moslems Had continued building on such bases then moslem scholars would Have proceeded others in providing scholars with the historical methodol-ogy to achieve the objectives of his study. The researcher has mainly Drawn on some quotations from Arabic primary sources and statements Of scholers of modern methodologies .
