ABSTRACT We have defined the non-abelian pure gauge theory SU (2) on a torus. Fourier modes are discrete throughout this definition. For enough small size, we have treated the non-glue ball modes as a perturbation of zero modes. Infra-red singularity is not appearing throughout the discrete momentums. The temperature depending contributions of the effective potential of the non-abelian glue ball gauge fields are continuously calculated by us, for the first time on an asymmetric torus, till the fourth grade of gauge fields. So, L is the length of the torus in space direction and is the length in time direction (the inverse of temperature). The Phase transition is indicated by the coefficient instead of the coupling constant g Key words: - Real time in non-equilibrium - Phase transition to quark-gluon-plasma - Non-equilibrium in the quantum field theory .

-ABSTRACT During this search, I could calibrate the quadratics voltage detectors by finding the relationship between the propagation wave voltage, Inside the rectangular waveguide and the power capture by Antenna mobile length in addition to that I could find the optimum length of Antenna, in which we can get the maximum power inside the waveguide Furthermore, I have designed a short circuit quasi perfect using the concept of wave quart length theory Finally, using the concept of "SW.R" I have presented the important role of water and to maintain the safety of the Microwave Equipments especially the Microwave Generator, by controlling the intensity of water current go through it. .

Abstract The study aimed at investigating the most important counseling needs for Hadhramout University students with reference to the differences in sex, college, study level, marital status and residence. An available random sample was used. It consisted of (604) male and female students in the year 2009/2010. A questionnaire was developed to measure the consulting needs of the students. To analyze the data, the means and standard deviations, percentages, MANOVA, Five-way ANOVA and Scheffe's Test were used. The findings revealed that the students degree of the counseling needs was within the average and that the most important needs, in a descending order as follows: the educational, the health, the economical, the vocational, the psychological, knowledge, and the social. Moreover, the findings revealed that there are statistically significant differences (a = 0.05) in the whole fields of the study in general, and in each field in particular due to difference in the variable of sex since the males scored higher than females, and the variable of college since students of Humanistic colleges scored higher thin scientific colleges students. There were also statistically significant differences in the whole fields of the study in general and in the health and knowledge level in particular for the students in the first three levels were in more need for counseling than of the graduate students. Besides, there were no statistical significant differences (a = 0,05) due to the variables: marital status except for the educational domain for the favor of the married and the residence except for the economical domain for the favor of those who live outside their families have more needs. In light of the findings, the study recommends doing counseling programs and services to help the students. Besides, students should be given more care and attention in all fields in order to prevent any problems that might hinder their development. Abstract Since the rising phenomenon of Globalization, Islamic banks had to face up with many challenges and obstacles. Both the national and international banking industry has witnessed structural changes, whereby new international banks entered the local markets, backed -up size, technology, and new banking products and services. World Trade Organization and Basil resolutions were among the driving forces behind these changes. This study aims at investigating and identifying the main source of challenge of globalization on Islamic banks, they are facing now a days, and suggest a new strategy by which Islamic banks can face the above challenges. The first two chapters are concerned with explaining globalization and analyzing the challenges of financial globalization on Islamic banks in terms of Basil resolutions in terms of capital adequacy and quality, liberalizing, financial services, trading, and technology revolutions, the changing structure of financial and banking services, banking mergers and competition. While chapter three suggests a new strategy by which Islamic banks can adopt to face-up with the above mentioned challenges. .

ABSTRACT The present paper attempts to investigate the connotation of silk along with the beauty of its color, the red throughout Samihah Khurais's novel (Dafaater Al-tofaan - Notes on Floods). The research aims to identify trends in satisfaction of the families of kindergarten children in regard to their upbringing, nurture, education and level of care. For families satisfied with their child's kindergarten experience, I.e.: the kindergarten teacher, their capabilities, the equipment available, the activities practiced by the children, the educational work in the kindergarten, the level of cooperation between the families and kindergarten itself, etc. This should shed some light on the relation between parents as well as the distinctions within the kindergartens themselves. The study sample consisted of 120 Individuals representing the families of children enrolled in the governmental kindergartens through the Ministry of Education as well as many of the typical kindergartens found in of Al-zhar, Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in Cairo and Dakahlia. To achieve the objectives of this study, they applied the questionnaire to members of the sample containing special words. The words were used to analyze what trends developed. The results of the study showed many positive responses from these families describing the degree of their satisfaction with the kindergarten represented. The study showed their level of satisfaction in communicating with kindergarten teachers and the importance of equipment used as well as the capabilities of the kindergarten itself in regard to the upbringing, education, and proper care of their children. General speaking, most of the responses were positive which reflected a positive vision for the levels of satisfaction that families had with their kindergarten. The results of the study explained the important role played by these trends in order to strengthen the communication between families and kindergartens. The responses have shown the importance of allowing families to express their concerns for their children enrolled in kindergarten as well as their satisfaction towards the kindergarten itself. This process is necessary in order to allow them to take stand on a lot of problems that exist in the kindergarten system, by allowing .

The research is aimed to question the conception of the Fifth-grade primary school students about the electronic games. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire is designed to know the members of the research who are fifth grade primary school students male and female who are tasted randomly in the primary schools in Baghdad and Mosul where the number of the research community reached (300) male and female students. Statistics methods of (person) coefficients association and Alpha equation of kronbakh and the (T test) are used. The results proved trends of the fifth-grade primary school students towards electronic games were positive. It is clear that there are no differences in the trends of the Fifth-grade primary school students, due to sex variable. The arithmetic proportion for male has reached (77.06) and the arithmetic proportion for female has reached (74.17). We learn from that there are no differences of statistical sign at the level (a=0.05) in the trends of the fifth-grade primary school students towards electronic games and again due to .

The study aimed to recognize the counseling needs for the students at the basic elementary stage at the Province of Tulkarm north of Palestine according to the students' teachers' view. The study determined the effect of the following Variables: sex, qualification, specialization and the years of experience to the extent of these needs. The researcher chose a Simple random sample of teachers (200) male and female teachers of the basic elementary stage and in order to achieve the purposes of the study: he prepared a questionnaire by which he measured the counseling needs for the students at the basic elementary stage and it was valid and reliable. The study reached the following results: The total average of the counseling needs for the students at the basic elementary stage was very big (82.7%). There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 2 a) between the male and female for male in evaluating the social counseling needs for. As for the rest of the fields, the differences were not statistically significant. There are fundamental differences in estimating the degree of psychological and counseling needs for the students according to the variable of the experience, and the differences were among teachers who had one to five years of experience and among teachers who had six to ten years of experience for the second category, and among teachers who had six to ten years of experience and among teachers ho had more than ten years of experience for the second category. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 a) on the degree of the counseling needs for the students according to the variable of qualification over all the total degree. The differences were between the Diploma teachers and Bachelor teachers, and it was for the Bachelor teachers There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 2 a) on the degree of the counseling needs for the students at the basic elementary stage at the Province of Tulkarm north of Palestine according to the variable of specializationThe study concluded some recommendations concerning the counseling needs for the students at the basic elementary stage: a. Designing social, psychological and counseling needs fulfilling the talented students' needs, especially the cognitive-mental and psychological fields which are highly needed. b.
