Abstracts

Using a Jordanian Commercial Banks for the period of 2007- 2013, the current paper examines the impact of board characteristics, including the (Board size, independency, separation and managerial ownership) on banks' dividends policy; an OLS regression analysis is used to analyze this relationship. Two major finding have emerged from the current investigation. First, the board size and separation have a statistically significant impact on banks dividends policy. Second, managerial ownership and the independency of the board had no significant impact on dividends policy. The current paper provides some insights for the extant literature in this field and conveys some policy implication for parties of interest. In addition, the study provides investigation for the association between CG and dividends policy post the introduction of CG code in Jordan in 2007.So this study suggest make further research in a cross-country comparative analysis in order to examine the impact of CG on dividends policy in a developing country context. The aim of this study is exploring the effect of implement corporate governance » level of organizational loyalty. the effect of implement corporate governance dimensions on organizational loyalty in Jordanian king Abdullah university hospital. Our study selected Jordanian king Abdullah university hospital to be field study in this research « 125 questionnaires were randomly distributed to managers and chief of Divisions « The returned suitable questionnaire were (112) with (89%). The main results found that there is a positive relationship between (Transparency « Equality . and Efficiency) and Organizational Loyalty. there are no significant differences between (Accountability and Participation) with Organizational Loyalty. The corruption and the financial and administrative corruption in particular, constitute a serious phenomenon that affects both developing and developed countries, but its spread degree varies from a country to another. These countries have incurred huge losses from such phenomenon economically and socially. In fact, this phenomenon has many causes which differ from one country to another; depending on the characteristics of each region. In order to find the best method to overcome the phenomenon of corruption, some countries had resorted to the use of information technology to manage their affairs. Hence, the e-government emerged as a necessity and as a form of contemporary states, looking to keep pace with developments in the era of digital and technological revolution and the rise of global information; due to its importance in reducing costs and curb wasteful, in addition to facilitate procedures, transparency in governance and corruption fighting to help achieve development and reforms programs. This research attempts to illustrate the great importance of the transition to e-government. In addition, we will try to address the impact of this transition in limiting the spread of corruption, especially in Arab countries which continue suffering deeply from this phenomenon, according to the latest reports of the international transparency organization that we will adopt it in this study. This study sought to address the concept of a research ethics function, it has been research in the impact of the spread of ethics in business career and an association with a high level of mental health, which in turn are linked positively and negatively degree provides a moral system in the organizations. The study also showed the importance of spreading the culture of management ethics, which works to increase job satisfaction and increased productivity for organizations that include all institutions and bodies, public and private companies with regulatory capacity. It was addressed ethics and their role and the nature and impact of what they can contribute to increased regulatory health organizations. As it has been the concept of career management and its relationship to morality and mental health. The research found that there are closely related and necessary between the three concepts in order to find relevant regulatory health organizations and high workers enjoy the psychological health of upscale. At the end of the study it has been out a number of recommendations contained in the search. .

This research aims to highlight on the importance of morally corporate governance. The interferences of Islamic referentialities become a necessary matter, and the Islamic feature also becomes imperative matter as just human alternative to surpass the civilized predicament and then surpassing economic crisis. So, this research focuses on the Islamic vision of morals and behaviors, and it is divided into two sections: First, moral and behavior dimension and Islamic vision. This section indicates to several things representing in general properties of the Islamic vision, Islamic vision of finances and morals, major properties of Islamic morals, the reasons of interest in the vocational morals in the Islamic institutions, the role of behaviors are morals in the Islamic institution, and the impact of the behaviors and morals on the performance of the Islamic institution. Second, this section highlights on the principles of governance according to the Islamic vision for it. It defines the governance and reveals its principle and objectives which the governance pursues, the reasons of governance, its results, and the details of its principles through the Islamic vision which are responsibility, accountability, transparency, and justice. This section also indicates to totalitarianism of responsibility which Islam called, and then to conclusion and presents some scientific recommendation for researchers. .

The importance of this study comes from the importance of the subject, this study aims to determine the concept of sustainable human development and measurement according to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and to provide an overview of the reality of human development in the Arab world through the most important basic indicators of the human development index, which evaluate some Arab states experiences. The paper aims also to shed light on the Successful Malaysian experience, which leads the country to achieve a qualitative leap in the economic track, to occupy the first ranking globally and to classify within the economically developed States. This paper tries to demonstrate such an effect exerted by governmental role through both the regular collection on the one hand and income is tax the other hand «the growth sector outside the oil in Algeria as well as the growing role of the regular collection. especially with the collapse of oil prices regular replacement levy replaces oil collection «it has shown results weakness of the relationship in a way least squares regression between variables «which led us to estimate using ARDL approach which contributed to the improvement of the model by conducting regression between growth outside the oil sector <and all of the regular collection and non-tax revenues. This study aimed at clarifying the role of the state and the private sector in the economic reforms. To achieve this purpose, the research was divided into three parts: In the first part, I discussed the concept of economic reform and its goals. The second part discussed about the role of the state in the economic reform and it was clear that this role depends on motivations for this reform; where the state role is central during self-reform and marginal during reform that is financed from western financial institutions. In the third part, I outlined the role of the private sector in the economic reforms and that the role of private sector is complementary and not replacement to the public sector. A number of conclusions were drawn from this study; most importantly: the role of the state is critical in the economy and economic reforms where it manages and participates in it. .

The purpose of study is to identify the impact of corporate governance on the quality of accounting disclosure in the financial reports of companies- A field study Auditors point view. A questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the study sample. A (35) valid questionnaires were received back. The descriptive statistics. repetition and relative frequency used to describe the sample study. Furthermore. arithmetic mean and standard deviation used to clarify the description of the sample answers. The study hypotheses were tested by using (¢-Test) at the significant level of (a= 0.05). The most important findings of the study is that the institutional governance does not affect the quality of accounting disclosure in financial reporting. but there is an effect on the amount of corporate governance accounting disclosure and manner of presentation of financial statements in financial reports. Recommendations of the study has reached to a conclusion that, there are a need to increase the credibility of accounting information disclosed formulas in order to improve their quality in accordance with principles of corporate governance. .

The mission of corporation governance is no longer confined only to the protection of companies’ owners’ interests and achieving the largest possible fortune for them but also the conception has been developed and crystallized to an outcome that is based on the importance of protecting the interests of different Stakeholders who have connections with the company on both the Inner and outer perimeter of it? On this basis, the social responsibility was considered as an essential pillar to accomplish corporation governance that Ensures and seeks to grant each their right through it. Thus, the upstream of the paramount of this research comes to unveil the nature of the administrative and organizational methods followed in the conduct and management of companies to reveal the extent of consistency with the International Standards for government. The latter will help the one 60 re-consider the development of appropriate regulations according to the status of each institution, which makes it more flexible and effective in the performance of its activities.
