Abstracts

The study aims at discovering and investigating the degree of science teachers using the alternative assessment strategies and its effects on sustainable development. to achieve the objectives of the study; a fifth questionnaire with three areas was built. The questionnaire was distributed over (300) teachers in Jerash schools. the result of the study using average, standard deviation and Scheffe Test; there are great important roles for EREFKE in activate the alternative assessment strategies which has the most effects for sustainable development in order of acquisition the learners different kind of skills of using high brainpower such as, analysis, installation, evaluation and creativity beside improving self-learning. .

This study sheds light on the jurists’ linguistic study, particularly Ibn‏ ‎Al-Qayim, from a modern linguistic perspective.The study shows that Ibn‏ ‎Al-Qayim through his acquaintance of language, syntax, Figh , logic and‏ ‎his rely on the mental and quoted clues etc...made the discourse an open‏ ‎linguistic text whereby he can analise the intended meaning of the speaker-‏ ‎addressed to those who are in charge with.So, he depended on important 1‏ ‎elements of the discourse analysis, such as the linguistic and paralinguistic‏ ‎features of the contextual elements, i.e imperative, non-imperative,‏ ‎repetition, exception, condition and presumptions.‏ .

Competition is the cornerstone of the liberal market economy on essential mechanism for durability because of the various benefits it create for the different market stakeholders, including consumers and producers, and the optimum utilization of available resources. Under competition, everyone is free to practice the commercial activity he wish, to choose the place of entity and nature of activity. Competition means the free working of market mechanisms as represented by demand/supply between producers and consumers, the freedom of getting into market and trading honestly and transparently in commercial transactions. Unfair competition is when a trader follows unlawful or trickery I means to attract clients and customers of other. The government may interfere to create fair competition and protect consumers, while in the same time safeguarding the conditions related to public interest. The major reason for monopoly is lack of competition and existence of hindrances and constraints, thus the dominating firms have monopoly power. Hindrances are both natural and legal. The later include concessions as privileged by government licenses. The judicial control is practiced to make sure compliance with the competition law by settling the cases in violation of law. .

This study aimed at identifying the level of practicing organizational justice in Jerash Private University by the administrative staff and by the academic leadership. To achieve this goal, An instrument was developed to measure the degree of practicing organizational justice on five dimensions Procedures for validation & reliability were taken. The sample consisted of those who responded to the questionnaire, (128) employees and (124( faculty members.. Means, standard deviations, t-test were used to analyze data and answer the questions. The results were as follows: The level of practicing organizational justice was seen by employees as moderate on all of its dimensions except on the distributive justice, the level was low. The level of practicing organizational justice was seen by faculty members as moderate on all of its dimensions. There was a statistically significant difference between employees and faculty members’ points of view regarding the level of practicing organizational justice, in favor of faculty members. Finally, recommendations were introduced, some of which are: The University Administration the Board of Directors, and the Board of Trustees should have a look at the results and put an action plan to enhance organizational justice including raising salaries, encouraging participation in decision making and opening channels of communications with employees and faculty members. )Kay wards: Organizational Justice , Jordanian Private Universities( .

This study aimed at detecting the electoral values -oriented behavior among teachers and female students in the Department of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Irbid University / BAU. The study sample consisted of )21( Instructors, and (101) female students, questionnaire was distributed to the sample after confirmation of its valid and reliability. The survey included (18) principle which considered to stand as a value perceived by the sample and asked them to give a sign of one out of ten for each value by its importance when voting in the upcoming parliamentary elections. The results showed that the values (integrity, strength of character, academic qualification, social participation and religiosity) affect electoral behavior significantly, and the values of(Family prestigious, capital, older age, toxic, and high-level positions) are the least influential in guiding behavior election, and replaced the values of (regional, tribal, party, youth, personal benefits, personal relationships, and gender) intermediate position. Results did not show statistically significant differences attributable to the independent variables and in both samples. Key words: electoral behavior, values, university students, the BAU. .

Abstract‏ ‎This study examines the theory of the “responsibility to protect’, which is‏ ‎the last stage of evolution in the “theory of humanitarian intervention “ , or‏ ‎a new version, which entered the international law after the Earth Summit in‏ ‎This theory has evolved after the urgent need for intervention in many‏ .2005 ‎conflicts, where heinous crimes and human rights abuses were committed.‏ ‎There were many cases of interfering in many conflicts to protect human‏ ‎rights, however, some countries, in many cases, intervened to achieve the‏ ‎goals, objectives, and interests of its own, without being concerned with‏ ‎the protection of human rights, so the effects of the intervention in some‏ ‎disputes were worse than no intervention.‏ ‎From here, the study examined the theory of the “ responsibility to protect”‏ ‎in three parts, the first is related to the stages of its development, the second |‏ ‎in the content of the theory and the legal grounds upon which, and the third‏ ‎which was related to its legitimacy as a prelude to talk about the evaluation‏ ‎and its criticism.‏ .

The purpose of this paper is to raise questions and evoke dialogues among policy-makers. business executives. academics and citizens about the challenges facing developing countries in the application of ICTs to their educational systems. ICTs were defined and their importance and applications to education were identified in curriculum. content. evaluation. training. and particularly in the area of teaching and learning strategies. Modern teaching methods were introduced along with modern learning styles that are partially or wholly supported by ICTs and varieties of internet multimedia programs such as: e-mail. games. simulations. problem solving. youtube. facebook. and devices such as: smartphones. labtops. internet. I-pad. and IPT. E-learning. Blended learning were described to show how our teaching methods should depart from ones focusing on teachers activities. to ones focusing on student activities. and how can they enable and enrich a learning environment conductive to creativity and innovation. Finally. recommended strategies for devolving countries to integrate ICT's in their Educational Systems were proposed.
