Abstracts

This study aimed to identify the role of kindergartens in the development of the daily experiences of the child to achieve sustainable development in preschool education. The study population consists (85) of kindergarten teachers and (117) parents of children enrolled in kindergartens in Najran, Saudi Arabia in public kindergartens, the study has been applied during the second semester of the academic year 2013/2014.The study developed a measure about the role of kindergartens in child experiences development to achieve sustainable development. These methods are arithmetic averages, standard deviations, percentages. The study resulted in the following findings: the results showed that the daily program of kindergartens contain activities based on the child's interaction with adults and peers and learn more experiences from the environment, the study also showed the value of the characteristic activities of the kindergarten teacher in the development of these experiences, as in Saudi Arabia that provides money support for kindergartens helps to implement the activities and programs that contribute to the development of the life experiences of the child also, with the support of their parents to achieve sustainable development in pre-school education, and the study has shown a set of proposals. This study aimed to identify the roles of principals in the promotion of sustainable development concepts to the teachers of basic and secondary phases of government in the governorate of Irbid, and the effect of gender and experience, using the survey method descriptive and analytical. To answer questions about the study, was developed tool included (27) items were distributed to the sample number of members (200) director and director. The study revealed that the answers managers in after me; professional responsibilities, public, educational, and had a high degree of knowledge and an average (2.454) (2.433), respectively. And their answers in the post; use of technology was moderately (2.119). And the lack of statistically significant differences between the averages of the answers managers attributed to the overall dimensions of the race. And the lack of statistically significant differences between the averages of the answers to the principals of the overall dimensions attributed to the experience. The study aimed to identify the degree of appreciation of faculty members of the Palestinian universities in Gaza Governorates to the role of empowerment in achieving sustainable development, and to say whether there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a<0.05) between the mean scores estimate the sample for this role due to the Venables: (university, college, years of service). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher applying a questionnaire consisting of 28 items distributed in three areas: (Professional Development - activation of work and recite - institutional building support) on (165), a member of the teaching of Al-Azhar University, Islamic University in Gaza Governorates. The study found the following results: 1. The total degree of estimating the respondents to the role of empowerment in achieving sustainable development in high specific areas relative weight (88.97%), where it came from areas respectively (activation work and recite) relative weight (89.89%), followed by the field (institutional building support) relative weight (89.41%), and finally the field (professional Development) relative weight of 87.39%. 2. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a<0.05) between the mean scores of the respondents estimate for this role due to the variables: (university, college), while the differences found in favor of the more than 10 years of years of service in the second field. The study aimed to identify the role of sustainable development in overcoming learning disabilities from point of view of the teachers from Ministry of Education who are working at Jerash, Amman, and Irbid district public schools, as well as to identify the differences in the level of awareness and their application depending on the scientific and sex qualification variables? the study sample consisted of (33) ‏ ‎teachers, and to measure the role of sustainable development in overcoming learning disabilities, tool was prepared and used by the researcher consisted of 40 items, divided into four areas: technical field, the social sphere, the educational field, the field the teacher tools. The results of the study showed that the level of students' awareness of teachers with learning the role of sustainable development in overcoming learning disabilities in general on the areas as a whole was very high (80.55%), and that the level of awareness of teacher education in the field and as a tool, also was very high, where he Naphtha respectively (85.58%) and (82.55%) while the technical and social gained a high level, the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to gender differences or qualification, and in the light of the findings, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations. The study aimed to reveal the role of the Curriculum Enrichment in personal development and talented students in Khartoum State. The researchers used the descriptive approach. The most important result: The Curriculum Enrichment is a set of experiences that are added to the regular school curriculum to challenge gifted students' abilities ‘and provide them with deeper learning opportunities. Students gain a lot of values and behavior by enriching the curriculum and learning ideas and values have not planned in advance and that has a significant impact on the talented students. The most important recommendations of the study: - removing all obstacles to prevent the performance of talented teachers for their roles associated with the implementation of Enrichment curriculum. the rehabilitation talented teachers to do their part in the planning and implementation of Enrichment curriculum. .

The study aimed to present the role of the secondary stage Arabic textbooks in developing the concept of sustainable development from the point of view of Arabic language | teachers in Jerash Governorate. The study also aimed to link this concept with the variables of gender, qualification, and experience. The sample of study consisted of randomly selected 127 Arabic teachers. A questionnaire was used to assess the role of textbooks. The questionnaire included 43 paragraphs that encompassed 3 sections: environmental, social, and economic. An appropriate statistical method was used in data analysis. The findings show that the mean role of Arabic textbooks in developing the concept of sustainable development was high, and specifically, between 4.27-4.35. The social section came first with an average of 4.35; the environmental section came second with an average of 4.30; and the economic section came third with an average of 4.27. The overall average was 4.31. The findings showed no statistically significant difference at the level of a = 0.05 between the averages of the study sample responses, depending on the gender, qualification. The study aimed to identify the level of organizational citizenship behaviors for administrative personnel affairs of Education in Derma, Libya through the following dimensions: (Altruism, courteous, civilized behavior, sportsmanship, public commitment). The study also aimed to identify the level of intellectual capita) development in relation to the affairs of Education under study through the following themes:(Human capital development, the structural capital development, capital development of relations), besides identifying the nature of the relationship of the influential organizational citizenship behaviors on intellectual capital development. To achieve its objectives, the study applied the case study method; the researcher developed a questionnaire based on some previous studies, which he was sure of their validity and reliability. The study population is represented in the administrative personnel, almost (264) administrative, at the affairs of Education, city of Derna, Libya. The study followed the method of comprehensive survey, and after the distribution of the questionnaire, (188) form have been retrieved and were Suitable for statistical analysis. The analysis of the study data was done by the computer, by the use of statistical software from the software set service (SPSS) in accordance with the percentages, Arithmetic Menace and standard deviations, T test, Person's Correlation Coefficient, which led to the following results that are summarized below: The study revealed that the overall level of OCB among the administrative personnel at the affairs of Education under study was high. The study also showed that the overall level of ICD from the perspective of administrative personnel under study came average. Moreover, it showed the presence of a relationship with statistically significant differences between OCB and ICD at the level of significance (1%). Finally, the study provided a set of recommendations that will hopefully be followed in order to raise the Level of ICD and strengthening availability of organizational citizenship behaviors among administrative at the affairs of Education in Libya. The extent of the contribution of child-friendly schools in the The study aimed to determine the extent of the contribution of child-friendly school in achieving sustainable development from the standpoint of primary school teachers in the areas of light some of the variables through a field study in Baghdad. And requests the goal of preparing the study tools, the first questionnaire expressed friendly school standards for children (school building, and boards of parents, teachers, and support education and life skills training, and school health promotion), and the second tool represented the areas of sustainable development (economic and human area - social and environmental area- technological) and check the validity and reliability of the two tools of the study, have been applied to the study sample represented by b (122) teachers, by (36) Males and (86) Females distributors to (7) primary schools, of the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad / first Rusafa Study results contrast to the perspective of primary school teachers in the reality of child-friendly areas and awareness of sustainable development and to varying degrees, schools, and the existence of a correlation between the reality of child- friendly schools and awareness of the areas of sustainable development from the standpoint of primary school teachers. .

The study aimed at identifying the most important issues of the environmental dimension in continuous development that could be included in the content of the science course books in the first stage of the basic educational program in Libya; and determining the current amount of including these issues in these course books. The study aimed also at determining the level of treatment of these issues (descriptive level — analytic level — enquiry level — raising the environmental awareness level). The study sample focused on science course books for third, fourth, fifth and sixth year of the basic education program designed for the school year 2014-2015. The researcher used the descriptive analytic approach using a method of content analysis that employs a content analysis form that contained six main issues and forty secondary issues of continuous development. The study has come up with a number of results. The most important of these are: the content of the analyzed course books generally includes all the six main issues of the continuous development environmental dimension that were suggested in the study (100%). The percentage of the secondary issues included in the content of the analyzed books is (75%) of the issues suggested in the study. Of the total items that dealt with issues of the environmental dimension in continuous development, the study found that the most dominant treatment concerned raising awareness level (66 item / 37.29%), followed by the descriptive level (64 item/36.16%), the analytic level (29 item/16.38%) and finally, the enquiry level (18 items / 10/17%) .

The study aimed to identify the extent of applying comprehensive quality standards in education and its impact on achieving sustainable human development from the standpoint of educational supervisors in public schools in northern governorates. This study was applied on a sample of (124) of the educational supervisors, the following results were found: The degree of importance was large to the extent of applying comprehensive quality standards in education and its impact on achieving sustainable human development from the standpoint of educational supervisors in public schools in northern governorates. There are significant | differences in the extent which standards are applied in education and its impact on achieving | sustainable human development from the standpoint of educational supervisors in public | schools in northern governorates. This was due to the variable of sex, while it did not find differences attributable to the variables of (qualification, conservatism, years of experience, | age). The study concluded the following recommendations: The need to develop the curriculum in line with the overall standards of quality in education. The need to involve educational supervisors in curriculum development. The need to involve educational supervisors in all aspects of the operation to improve education.
